A channeled message from Samuel:
The question asked is, “How do I deal with people who try to project their fear and anger onto me?“
This is a valid question, and it is one that will surface many times as humanity shifts its consciousness. Our answer to you is this: First, and most importantly, never confront fear and its allied energies/emotions directly when manifested through another person. That is what fear wants—to provoke you into a confrontation on its terms. You can speak to the fearful person and lay the seeds that eventually overcome fear, but any attempt to engage a fearful person point-by-point lowers your vibration and consciousness. When fear grips a human and keeps them enthralled, they will not hear you, for they are looking and listening for ways to justify their fear.
Therefore, love the person and allow them to be who they are in the present moment.
Fear may appear to be logical and rational to the human brain, but when exposed to the light of Truth, one can see how illogical and irrational fear is. Fear gets angry when challenged. Fear creates separation where none exists. Fear wants you to doubt yourself; it wants you to believe its lies so it can manipulate and control you.
If it helps to think of fear as a cult leader, then do so, for it is. Fear leads a cult of billions, and it will say and do anything to maintain its control over humankind. Fear does not just dominate human religions; it also dominates every aspect of human life, from human economies to philosophy and science. Any idea, discipline, doctrine, or practice that requires rigid adherence and no deviation from accepted “norms” is a manifestation of fear consciousness.
Fear tries to emulate the experience of All That Is by creating countless conflicts and ways to separate humans from each other and the truth of who they are. It believes itself to be in control of humanity, and as long as humans are willing to give away their power and sovereignty to fear, it will continue to be part of your experience, and the story it tells about it being in control will be your reality.

You ask, What do you suggest we do?
Understand that fear can only be felt and experienced individually. What you think of as a collective experience of fear is, in fact, your willing participation in the fears of others.
We share this perspective to help you understand that because fear is an individual experience, so is its absence. You can be surrounded by fearful people and still experience the peace and joy of being immersed in the consciousness of All That Is.
As we have consistently said, turn your attention inward to find the answers and peace you seek. You are an expression of All That Is, which means you have everything you need within you to create any experience you desire.
Just because you are looking within for peace and joy does not mean that you are ignoring the needs of those around you. No, what you are doing is turning within to find the exact resources you need to do your greatest good. Your personal growth and transformation are the key to creating the world of your desires.
Be the change you wish to see in the world. Start now, in this moment. Not tomorrow or someday, but now. There is only the present moment anyway. You cannot experience the future, and you have already experienced the past. Why spend your time thinking about what happened before or what hasn’t happened yet? Your experience is now. You feel joy now. You feel sorrow now. You feel excitement now. You feel inner peace now. Every emotion is felt now. Every experience you have happens now.
Be who you want to be now. Change what you want to change now.
On a related topic, we caution you that you can only be yourself. You can only change yourself.
What happens when you try to change someone else? You get resistance. You get pushback. You get resentment. You get anger. Do you not feel those same emotions within you when someone tries to change you?
Trying to change another person is a manifestation of fear. What you are saying is that you fear that if the other person does not change their behavior, you will be punished and suffer some type of consequence. And yet, as you insist on the other person changing so that you can feel better, or safer, you do not make changes within yourself.
That is what fear does; it turns your attention outward so that you feel powerless. Fear always wants you to look to another person, institution, politician, government, priest, scientist, you name it, to solve your problems for you because it wants you to believe that they are the ones with the power. Fear wants you to look everywhere but within because it knows that is where your power resides.
So, if you want to see change, look within. Start with yourself. As humans are so fond of saying, be the change you wish to see in the world.
Just as fear is experienced individually, the consequences of fear are also experienced individually. There is no collective punishment because one group of people behaved in a way that another group disapproved of. There is only the individual consequence, or if you prefer a different word, individual experience of what happens when you listen to fear instead of your heart.

Your heart is where your power is centered. When you listen to that, your experience is much different than when you listen to fear. Know that Light is centered in your heart. Peace is centered in your heart. Joy is centered in your heart. Love is centered in your heart. The power of creation, of All That Is, is centered in your heart.
Listen to your heart. Listen to your heart. Listen to your heart. We cannot say it enough. Listen to your heart.
You have the formula for a beautiful life right before you. Look within, be the change, do it NOW because there is only now, and listen to your heart. You will find all your power and capacity to do your greatest good in your heart.
You are loved beyond measure. You are never alone—ever. You have the infinite resources of the entire Universe available to you. All you need to do is ask, and believe, and you will create anything you desire. And so it is.
